NEW RFP OPPORTUNITIES
The DEGC and City of Detroit are seeking proposals for 6370 West Vernor Highway, a city-owned site zoned for both retail and light industrial uses. Perfect for grocery-anchored retail or light manufacturing, this strategic location offers excellent access to I-75, I-94, and the Detroit Intermodal Freight Terminal. And it is just two miles from Michigan Central Station and the Gordie
Howe International Bridge. Environmental remediation
is already underway.

This prime site borders a planned $3.4 million regional nature park and offers tremendous potential for innovative commercial development.
