WHAT IS REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT?

DEGC’s Real Estate Development team is the city’s one-stop shop for economic development. This staff provides project management, transaction structuring, and analysis of commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including the development and implementation of an Industrial Land Assembly Strategy. This team facilitates site preparedness activities aimed at developing market-ready sites and manages the allocation and use of development incentives.
